New color clients will require a 50% of service  (+$2 processing fee) non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. This will be applied to your services the day of. 

This deposit may be forfeited in the event of rescheduling.

cancellation policy

Please allow 48 hour notice for all cancellations and rescheduling.

Cancellations, no shows, and habitual rescheduling within that time will result in a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the scheduled service the first time and 50% of your scheduled service the second time, prior to booking your next appointment. This deposit does not go toward your rescheduled service.

Future prebooked appointments will be canceled if fee is not paid within 24 hours of receiving invoice.

Arriving 15 minutes or later may result in rescheduling your day and time.

Our time together is valuable. I respect your time and appreciate the same timeliness in return!
